Responsibilities

  1. Design engaging user journeys with a customer-centric approach.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the bar of the organization.
  3. Drive product/feature development throughout the software development life cycle.
  4. Proactively identify and resolve codebase issues and everyday team-wide processes.
  5. Making conscious decisions for the benefit of the team and eventually the organization.
  6. Develop Technical Design Documentation from scratch to ensure scalable, efficient, and testable code.
  7. Participate in regular peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
  8. Occasionally maintain and upgrade existing codebase with the team.
  9. Work closely with talented professionals to contribute to every step of the software development life cycle.
  10. Own what you do and take responsibility.
  11. Apart from the usual tasks (integrating APIs, building UIX, maintaining codebase), explore new libraries and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or allied branches, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with tools/libraries like webpack, redux, redux-thunk, nodeJS, JIRA, and Jenkins.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding teams towards success.
  • Ability to realize problems and execute solutions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of good ol' Data Structures and Programming concepts.
  • Deep knowledge of product and design intricacies with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a get-things-done attitude.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code and own it as your brainchild.
  • Purpose driven with a zeal to solve complex problems.
  • Team player always ready to offer a helping hand and ask for one when needed.
