You'll make an impact by:

  1. Working closely with Customer and Pega Architects to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases, from inception to user acceptance testing, enabling our customers to enhance their business management.
  2. Actively participating in design, development, and testing of the target industry framework(s) in Pega Infinity.
  3. Creating components of applications that meet quality standards and are built within agreed timeframes.
  4. Reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure it meets required standards.
  5. Driving new business growth and customer success by providing business expertise.
  6. Collaborating and teaming with clients, partners, and Pega teams on client sites and remotely, focusing on customer success.
  7. Ensuring customer success by effectively managing and delivering in different work environments, understanding dynamics and timing.
  8. Partnering with both clients and the business team to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from requirements to design and build phases, delivering high-quality deliverables through to user acceptance testing.
  9. Leveraging industry experience to consult and influence client direction, pursuing Pega best practices.
  10. Demonstrating commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success, ensuring delivered products meet business requirements, function as expected, and exceed expectations.
  11. Providing technical training and user support to technical and business groups.

You'll win us over by:

  1. Being a seasoned System Architect/Solution Architect with expertise in Pega implementations, skilled in working in Agile environments with enterprise customers.
  2. Holding 4-6 years of Pega development experience.
  3. Being a certified Pega CSSA individual.
  4. Having experience working on Pega 7.x/8.x.
  5. Having experience working on Job Schedulers/Queue Processors/Agents.
  6. Having experience working on integrations.
  7. Having experience working on flows, flow actions, activities, data transforms, declare rules, data pages, validations, decision rules, functions, report definitions, basic UI components.
  8. Having experience creating new applications and classes, with a clear understanding of class structure and class inheritance, as well as concepts of framework and implementation layers.
  9. Having experience working on branches and rulesets, with hands-on experience on process and engine APIs.
  10. Having experience working on application and ruleset migration, product rules, basic SQL understanding.
  11. Having a good understanding of Pega best practices and DCR approach.
  12. Having experience with the Agile delivery methodology.
  13. Having experience working with enterprise customers.
  14. Having excellent communication skills.
  15. Having experience interfacing with customers and partners to gather requirements and design solutions based on these requirements.
  16. Having seen projects through from project kick-off to go-live.
