Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality music lessons to students aged 4-14, utilizing your expertise in guitar theory and sheet music.

• Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct demo sessions with students, ensuring seamless conversions and exceeding expectations.

• Teach group and private lessons as required, adapting to diverse learning styles and needs.

• Provide a fun and creative learning atmosphere, leveraging your passion for music education.

Qualifications / Experience required:

• Formal education in Music (Guitar) or equivalent experience.

• Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music, with a proven track record of teaching success.

• Relevant teaching experience, with a minimum of one year's tenure.

• Proficiency in technology-enhanced education would be advantageous.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

• Must have experience in online teaching, with a strong understanding of virtual learning environments.

• Possess a properly functioning laptop/desktop and reliable internet connection.

• Comfortable teaching children, with a patient and empathetic approach.

• Should be available for teaching six days a week, with flexibility to accommodate varied schedules.

• Engages students in learning, promoting active participation and enthusiasm.

• Passionate about making learning fun, with a commitment to creativity and innovation.

• Must be comfortable with music sheets/sight reading, with a solid grasp of music theory.
