Lead Electronics Systems Team

The role of Lead Electronics Systems Team is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various electronic systems projects.

This position requires a strong technical background in electronics, VHDL, and C programming, as well as project management skills.

  • Plan and execute electronic systems projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced electronic systems utilizing extensive experience in analog, digital, and mixed electronics.
  • Apply VHDL and C programming skills in the design, simulation, and verification of complex systems.
  • Guide the PCB CAD team in PCB Design, particularly in component placement and routing.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Technical Expertise:

  • Ensure all designs and developments comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in VLSI and embedded systems technology.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Project Management:

  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Knowledge and experience with DO-254, DO-178, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, JSS55555 etc is essential.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics systems development and project management.
  • Strong technical background in electronics, VHDL, and C programming.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
