Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, account management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in SAP FICO module. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare payment requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and on time.
  • Process NEFT/RTGS payments and upload CMS portal information efficiently.
  • Manage accounting entries, receipts, and payments in Tally/SAP systems.
  • Provide daily bank balances MIS and BRS reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with banks for day-to-day transactions and maintain records of cheque books and banking documents.
  • Prioritize and manage statutory dues and SDR payments promptly.
  • File TDS and GST returns monthly/quarterly as per regulations.
  • Monitor vendor payments and prepare vendor payment lists.
  • Resolve vendor queries and reconcile ledgers with vendors efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal audit, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, preferably with CA Inter/M.Com certification.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance operations or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FICO module and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
