Strategic IT Governance Expert Sought

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Governance Professional to drive large-scale technology initiatives for a finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Center Design and Management
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers ensuring scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Testing Excellence
  • Establish and govern testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies driving quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Operations Resilience
  • Develop and manage an advanced operations resilience center for proactive monitoring and incident management implementing resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • IT Governance and Compliance
  • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance regulations overseeing audits, risk management, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership and Strategy
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy mentoring and guiding technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.
Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in IT Governance with a focus on finance sector.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations, Testing Excellence setup, and Operations Resilience tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT or related field with certifications in ITIL, COBIT or equivalent governance frameworks preferred.
