Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to collaborate with clients in understanding their supply chain challenges and requirements. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives. They will work closely with clients to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications, presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that meet client needs.

The selected individual will develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities. They will also work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements, leading discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications, and presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will also develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations, and work closely with technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
