Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, while also contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

This role requires a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores, coordinating merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements, and ensuring timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Designer & Store Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
Business Growth & Brand Development
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the fashion industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and brand development.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
