Key Challenges and Responsibilities

We seek a skilled Senior Civil Engineering Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in civil engineering design and structural analysis, with expertise in structural engineering and project management.

  • Structural Analysis & Design
  • Reviewing the civil and structural design basis and technical civil and structural work specifications
  • Designing the foundation for critical equipment's and designing technological structures of dual material of construction
  • Analysis & design calculations, review of deliverables for projects
  • Understanding of drainage & storm water network
  • Basic knowledge in Transportation (Road, Traffic) Engineering
  • Active participation in inter-discipline coordination meetings
  • Preparing Department Standards and Procedures
  • Review of the Project Progress, Plan, and Supervise Manpower Allocation
  • Estimate Support for Bidding Projects
  • Guiding Civil and Structural Design Engineers, CAD & Tekla team
  • Providing technical guidance on the execution of the civil and structural activities
  • Plan and monitor the progress of the activities
  • Maintaining the quality of output documents with respect to quality management system

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in civil engineering design and structural analysis
  • Expertise in structural engineering and project management
  • Proficiency in software like STAADPRO, AUTOCAD, MS Office
  • Experience on Mat 3 D for foundation design
  • Indian and International Codes & Standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills to provide engineering advice and guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
