Embedded Software Leader

This role involves technical and people leadership, with end-to-end ownership of core embedded software and security features. You will play a key role in shaping the core software stack powering our wireless SoCs and collaborate with industry experts in a flexible, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of core embedded software, including peripheral drivers, RTOS abstraction layers, and OS services.
  • Champion reusable, scalable software architecture for long-term platform health.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to align development priorities and execution strategies.
Security Features
  • Drive the design and integration of key security components, such as secure boot and image authentication, hardware cryptographic accelerators, and cryptographic APIs.
  • Work closely with security architects and certification teams to meet internal and industry compliance requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on embedded software development.
  • Create a collaborative and technically strong team culture that fosters innovation and delivery excellence.
