Job Description

Gabeo.ai is a fast-growing health technology startup. We are building AI-driven products for revenue cycle management and scaling our engineering team quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Build, and Maintain Scalable Backend Services: Utilize Python (Flask/FastAPI) to create scalable backend services that meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Develop Cloud-Native Solutions: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including pipelines and infrastructure setup, to develop cloud-native solutions that support our business objectives.
  • Contribute to DevOps Practices: Collaborate with our team to establish and maintain DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation that ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Support Frontend Components: Provide technical support for frontend components developed using Next.js/React, ensuring seamless integration with our backend services.
  • Collaborate on Golang-Based Projects: Work alongside our team to develop Golang-based projects, including parsers, system tools, and desktop applications that support our business goals.
  • Maintain and Enhance Desktop Applications: Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of desktop applications built with Fyne, providing a robust and user-friendly experience for our customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Software Development Expertise: Possess 2–4 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Cloud Computing Knowledge: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – cloud functions, pub/sub, pipelines.
  • DevOps Practices: Showcase familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Frontend Frameworks: Have basic/intermediate knowledge of Next.js and React.js.
Preferred Skills:
  • Golang Proficiency: Possess proficiency in Golang for system tools or backend services.
  • Fyne Framework Experience: Have experience working with the Fyne framework for desktop applications.
  • EDI File Parsing: Showcase prior work with EDI file parsing or pipeline automation.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Demonstrate a solid grasp of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
Soft Skills:
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Possess strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with clear communication and a proactive mindset.
