About the Role:

TCP Corps Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud development team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end cloud-based applications, from user interface (UI) to backend services and databases.
  • Develop and deploy applications on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations to ensure smooth communication between systems.
  • Design and implement scalable database architectures (SQL/NoSQL), including data modeling, performance tuning, and data migrations.
  • Leverage cloud-native tools and services such as Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, and cloud storage services to optimize application architecture.
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies for optimizing application performance and system reliability.
  • Ensure secure application development practices, data encryption, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features and products that meet business requirements.
  • Use cloud monitoring and logging tools to identify issues, debug production incidents, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for code, deployment processes, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in both front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, or Go) technologies.
  • Solid experience in deploying and managing applications on public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and handling service orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI) and version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of application security principles, such as secure authentication, encryption, and threat mitigation.
  • Experience working in agile teams and participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK Stack for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
