Job Description:

The role of a Visual Communications Specialist involves creating engaging visual content to enhance the brand's digital presence. This includes designing social media posts, video animations, and motion graphics to support marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include brainstorming new ideas, collaborating with the marketing team, and maintaining consistency across all visuals in line with the brand guidelines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools is required. Experience in video editing, animation, and designing for social media is necessary.

A strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work is required. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging social media posts (static and animated) for various platforms
  • Create short video animations, reels, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns
  • Assist with brand asset development, including logo design, style guides, and templates
  • Edit and enhance raw video footage for use in marketing or promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals
