Job Overview

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be part of an Agile team using Microsoft Visual Studio ecosystem, GitHub and Atlassian stack to test applications.

  • You will work on elaborating test plans and test cases with well-documented scenarios for new frontend web application and REST APIs.
  • You will develop automated scripts with JavaScript, TypeScript and Cypress ensuring high test coverage according to industry best practices.
  • You will participate in requirement gathering with the development team to identify optimal solutions for the new application and its services.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation using known software testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Postman etc.)
  • Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Good coding skills in JavaScript.
  • Experience with a defect tracking system (as Gitlab, Jira, VSTS etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level English (very good writing skills, fluent speech).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
