About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in our brand building efforts across various solution areas.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our business targets through creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our target audience, including their triggers, barriers, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative communication strategies across touchpoints such as product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, and marketplaces.
  • Assist in managing all consumer touchpoints, including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
  • Drive measurement and learnings for various marketing initiatives through data analytics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the marketing team, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics such as distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, primary and secondary revenue, visibility, and planogramming.
  • Perform other activities required to support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, and drive product/therapy success.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about building a consumer brand. If you have a bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or digital marketing, we encourage you to apply.
