Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a talented individual to assist in the preparation of laboratory experiments and practical classes.
  • Maintaining, organizing, and managing lab equipment and supplies will also be part of this role.
  • The ideal candidate should ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals and instruments.
  • Supporting teachers and students during lab sessions, providing technical assistance, will be an essential responsibility.
  • Documenting lab activities, maintaining records, and handling equipment maintenance are other key duties that need attention.
  • Conducting routine checks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the lab will also be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare laboratory materials and equipment for experiments and practical classes.
  • Assist in setting up and conducting experiments under the supervision of senior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including experiment results and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective methods for maintaining and organizing lab equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operation of laboratory activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related laboratory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative laboratory environment.

  • May be required to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
