Job Opportunity: Scala Developer

Role: Spark & Scala Engineer

 Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking a skilled professional with the following qualifications:

Strong data manipulation and programming skills.

Candidates should have experience in complex objects, Scala or datasets.

A strong communicator to express their views effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Scala and Apache Spark.
  • Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our overall technology stack.

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on Scala and Apache Spark.
  2. Expert-level knowledge of Scala, including its syntax, semantics, and best practices.
  3. Proficient in Apache Spark, including Spark Core, Spark SQL, and Spark Streaming.
  4. Experience with data processing frameworks, such as Hadoop or Flink.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
