  • Design and evolve Postgres schemas, implementing efficient queries and cursor pagination.
  • Implement secure input validation, structured logging, and distributed tracing.
  • Collaborate tightly with the platform engineer to ensure system reliability and scalability.
","Required Skills and Qualifications","
  • 5+ years of experience in building Node/TypeScript backends with Postgres and a queue (SQS/Rabbit/etc).
  • Proven experience with secure webhooks and third-party APIs.
  • Strong grasp of idempotency, retries/backoff, cursor pagination, error design, and API performance.
  • Comfortable with Docker, GitHub Actions, and observability basics.
