Job Title: Data Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Data Expert. In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that high-quality datasets are consistently delivered to our clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Expert, your primary responsibilities will include extracting, quality checking, auditing, and delivering completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with complete accuracy. You will also be responsible for researching and troubleshooting issues associated with data and/or tools provided, catching and reporting bugs by highlighting trends and exceptions that require fixes, suggesting process improvement ideas to bring efficiency and structure to workflows, implementing automation solutions to make QA processes more robust and efficient, working closely with our development team to manage ETAs and deliverables, assisting our AI and RPA models by manually parsing data for delivery or process automation, conducting domain-specific preliminary research for building subject matter expertise, owning end-to-end operations process for daily project deliverables, and responding to client inquiries related to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least a bachelor's degree in any field, have worked on Excel / Google Sheets for at least 1 year, have familiarity with XPath, SQL, or any query/coding language (a plus), possess excellent attention to detail and proven ability to perform under pressure, be a quick learner with a strong analytical mindset who is tech-savvy and enjoys working with data, be an open-minded, motivated self-starter with a positive approach to problem-solving, and be an active listener who can effectively translate instructions into action.

Additional Requirements:

You will also require high-speed internet connectivity for video calls and efficient work, a capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM), a dedicated workspace (at home) for uninterrupted and efficient work, headphones with clear audio quality, and a stable power connection and backups in case of internet/power failure.

This role does not guarantee an organic segue into AI & ML roles, and it is not an opportunity to develop a career solely in data visualization.
