AI-Powered Medical Device Designer

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to shape the physical experience of our AI-powered medical devices.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle product design for medical devices, from concept to manufacture.
- Develop elegant and functional designs that empower usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure real-world feasibility and quality through supplier and manufacturer partnerships.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle product design (preferably in MedTech or high-precision devices).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools like Fusion 360.
- Expertise in GD&T, engineering documentation, and tolerance analysis.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes: Injection moulding, vacuum casting, CNC, Milling, Turning, Thermo-forming, 3D Printing, sheet metal bending and cutting.
Hands-on experience in prototyping (3D printing, mock-ups, early engineering models). Understanding of ISO 13485:2016 regulated product development processes.
