Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance professional to drive functional validation and quality delivery for our program deliverables in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in test strategy development, high-level test scenario creation, data needs identification, progress tracking, issue reporting, and test result approval. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sprint testing of software products/solutions
  • Define test processes, including required activities, deliverables, and schedules
  • Understand how changes impact upstream and downstream work, including architectural modules
  • Closely interact with onsite and offshore team members, including Scrum teams
  • Develop and execute comprehensive suites of test plans and cases for inclusion in regression
  • Business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging, and tracking
  • Perform manual/exploratory testing where needed
  • Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience with functional Testing, SQL/Oracle Queries, Agile, Jira, SOAP UI/Post Man, Web Services testing, and ETL testing
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, Scrum/Kanban, and modern delivery practices like continuous integration and specification by example
  • College degree (Bachelor+) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
