Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled and motivated BIOVIA LIMS Application Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the BIOVIA LIMS
  • Maintenance of the LIMS system to ensure optimal performance
  • Work closely with end-users to resolve issues and improve system usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in LIMS application support or a related field
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
