Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements and designing effective solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with product architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Gather business requirements through research and analysis
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions
  3. Participate in requirements and design sessions with clients
  4. Create test plans and automate testing
  5. Conduct demos and POCs for clients
  6. Mentor less experienced staff and promote knowledge sharing
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
