Job DescriptionTechnical Product TrainerWe are seeking an experienced Technical Product Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Product Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend planning meetings to understand new training requests and create or follow training delivery plans.
- Interface with Product Training managers, testing, and design teams to come up with training strategies.
- Interact with product, engineering, and documentation teams to create internal and customer training materials.
- Manage training delivery, ensure quality, and manage client/customer relationships after training.
To succeed as a Technical Product Trainer, you will need:
- Knowledge of and experience in networking and telecommunications areas, radio technology, and LTE/5G specifications.
- Ability to work and learn independently, mentor, lead, and support training team members.
- Well-familiarized with creating multimedia presentations or training materials.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years' experience in Telecommunication or Networking background.
- Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree.
