Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create intelligent automation solutions using cloud-native MLOps tools.
  • Design ML/NLP/GenAI pipelines for automating loan origination, underwriting, and document processing workflows.
  • Develop LLM-based solutions and integrate them via frameworks like LangChain.
  • Orchestrate Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and task planning.
  • Fine-tune domain-specific models and embeddings for document classification, summarization, and question answering.
  • Build end-to-end MLOps workflows for scalable model training, testing, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or LLM-based systems.
  • Expertise with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) and LangChain / AutoGen / Agentic AI design.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Spacy, HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud – including Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Azure ML pipelines, or Kubeflow.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS).
  • Deployment experience in production-scale environments.

  • Understanding of US mortgage or lending workflows.
  • Experience with OCR, document intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI concepts such as autonomous agents, planning, memory chaining.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2) in AI deployments.
