Job Title: Associate

We are seeking an associate-level professional to join our team in the education sector. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs.

  • This role involves designing and managing student engagement activities in collaboration with schools. You will coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute strategic events & activities in schools onboarded with us.
  • Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
  • Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
  • Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
