We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Backend Engineer with strong skills in Golang. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang.
  • You will write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices, ensuring the highest quality of our software products.
  • Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security, continuously monitoring and improving our systems.
  • You will work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached), collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues, applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
