Job Title: Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product manager to lead the development of our artificial intelligence innovation applications. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, translating customer needs into clear requirements, and collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented product manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of two strategic product areas:

  • AI Insights – advanced analytics tools that leverage AI to extract actionable insights from customer interactions.
  • GenAI Platform – a management console where customers can design, test, and deploy generative AI prompts across their contact center.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product plans, prioritize features and functionalities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Your strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights will be essential in driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Translate Customer Needs: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze Data: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.
