Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for process analysis and improvements in manufacturing and assembly plants. Your expertise will be utilized to study and optimize warehouse processes, integrate automated systems to enhance productivity, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions for manufacturing and assembly processes.

- Process Analysis and Improvements in Manufacturing and Assembly Plants
- Warehouse Processes Study and Optimization
- Integrate Automated Systems to Enhance Productivity
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions
- Executing ECO/ECN/ECRs
- Ergonomics Study for Operators in Manufacturing and Assembly Lines
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Define, Redesign, Automate, and Optimize Assembly Processes
- Shape Production Processes using LEAN Methods
- Determine Standard Time using MOST, MTM, and MODAPTS
- Line Balancing to Increase Throughput
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and experience in process optimization.
