Product Design and Quality Requirements Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design and Quality Requirements Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for transforming product design and quality requirements into manufacturing inputs with new and/or existing OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform product design and quality requirements into manufacturing inputs with new and/or existing OEM partners.
- Create and maintain assembly documentation such as SOPs and APBs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage Engineering Change Management (ECM), implement changes in production, and drive timely closure.
- Track and manage obsolescence of components, particularly electrical items, and proactively alert the engineering team when required.
- Coordinate development projects status from prototype to mass production phases within Acsys and with OEM-Partner.
- Manage 'Data integrity' within Jira/Confluence and are available with OEM-Partner.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing / Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Proven experience working with vendors, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
Education:
B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering
