As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition for our foreign university's campuses in India. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce that embodies our values and fuels our growth and success.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening our employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Work closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda—fostering collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing talent acquisition portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
