We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Agricultural Auditor. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and applying organic and sustainable agriculture principles against established standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and apply organic and sustainable agriculture principles against established standards and protocols.
- Initiate and conduct on-site audit activities at client locations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Prepare and distribute audit findings in an audit report, highlighting areas of improvement and recommendations for change.
- Review documents from other auditors and evaluate for final certification procedure, providing expert feedback and guidance.
- Perform auditing, sampling, verification, and review of documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Report audit results, conduct follow-up, and perform technical evaluation of audit reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain good client relationships, building trust and rapport through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural auditing or related field.
- Strong understanding of organic and sustainable agriculture principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
