Platform Owner & Architect

Join a leading company as we seek an experienced Platform Owner & Architect to lead our Okta platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Okta platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Design and optimize the Okta architecture, integrating seamlessly with applications, cloud environments, and end-user devices.
  • Establish and monitor goals/KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs) for the Okta platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless identity solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 5 years focused on IAM technologies specifically Okta.
  • Expertise in designing and managing Okta integrations with SaaS applications, APIs, and directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience with authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing root-cause solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Okta Certified Consultant, Okta Certified Administrator, or CISSP.
  • Experience in multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and zero-trust architecture.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
