Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Designer to lead the design process for enterprise web applications.

  • Develop end-to-end design processes for complex web applications, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user needs align with business objectives.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Transform complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards, promoting inclusive user experiences.
Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

The ideal candidate is someone who has strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows would be beneficial.
