As a key member of the Helen O'Grady International team, the Supervisor/Coordinator will be responsible for upholding the brand's reputation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality drama programmes to students. The role involves coordinating with teachers, principals, and parents to ensure seamless programme execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with teachers to prepare schedules and lesson plans.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise teachers to ensure they meet the brand's standards.
  • Prepare and teach own class lessons, as well as substitute teach when required.
  • Conduct parent orientations and presentations, and guide teachers on how to do the same.
  • Interact with parents, centre heads, and school principals to maintain positive relationships.
  • Organize and manage events, such as teacher training sessions and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Collaborate with the franchise network to ensure consistency in programme delivery.
  • Perform quality checks and follow-ups with franchisees to ensure they meet the brand's standards.
  • Plan and execute staff welfare activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.
