High-Quality Backend Developer Needed

We are looking for a skilled backend developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using FastAPI and Django.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional backend development experience with FastAPI and Django.
  • Microservices Expertise: Proven experience building and scaling microservices architecture.
  • Python Knowledge: Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
  • Database Design: Deep understanding of database design, including when to use relational vs. non-relational DBs.
  • Server Performance: Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
  • Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, ELK, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Frontend Contribution: Willingness to occasionally contribute to frontend development.
  • AI Code Helper: Must be a power user of Cursor/Claude Code or any other AI code helper.
  • RAG and AI Solutions: Willingness to learn building RAG and AI Agentic Solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Docker and Kubernetes: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools.
  • Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source or side projects showcasing backend expertise.
