Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce workflows and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings, including A+ pages and inventory planning.
  • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and returns processes.
  • Monitor and analyze account health metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings and unauthorized sellers.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards to track sales, category trends, and operational issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with supply chain teams to optimize demand planning and inventory allocation.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop launch and promo strategies.
  • Work closely with finance teams to reconcile settlements and commissions.
  • Maintain clean and updated SKU data across systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce.
  • Proven track record of working with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to generate insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with consumer goods/kitchenware/lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Advertising (PPC campaigns) or Quick Commerce paid visibility tools.
  • Track record of handling multiple channels and SKUs.
