ServiceNow Developer Lead Product Analyst Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer Lead Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development of ServiceNow solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

Job Description:
  • Lead the development of ServiceNow solutions from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.
  • Design, implement, and test ServiceNow applications, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level experience with ServiceNow platform and products, including scripting languages (JavaScript), APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, concepts, and best practices.
  • Experience with system integration using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
  • Ability to take on a solution architect role and deliver projects for implementation and enhancements for customers along with project managers.
  • Proficient in JavaScript with an understanding of ServiceNow scripting.
  • Must have some experience working with relational databases.
