Lead Design Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective interior designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and develop comprehensive design concepts to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design preferences and deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interior design to continuously improve design capabilities
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design skills and expertise
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field, with a focus on sustainability and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software, with a willingness to learn new technologies
