Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to identify test case requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
  • Analyze, write, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Design and implement regression testing scripts using Java with Playwright, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Leverage automated test frameworks to build robust test suites that meet high-quality standards.
  • Investigate software issues and collaborate with QA analysts and software developers to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Execute test cases, report defects, define severity, and prioritize defects to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development and/or automated testing.
  • Hands-on automation expertise in frameworks and scripting, preferably in Java with Playwright.
  • Good knowledge of SQL concepts and Java programming language.
  • Familiarity with automated test frameworks like TestNG, RestAssured, and Playwright.
  • Experience with API testing, both manual and automation.
  • A passion for automating everything to achieve true CI/CD.
  • A strong understanding of agile software development practices and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional technology teams and the business.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
