This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef de Partie. The Sushi CDP will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards.

Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes.

The role also involves managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
