About This Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications and modules to meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Your primary focus will be on creating scalable and efficient solutions using Python programming, Odoo framework, and PostgreSQL database.
  • You will work closely with functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Odoo applications and modules based on client requirements.
  • Analyze existing Odoo ERP implementations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to deliver effective solutions to business needs.
  • Customize and configure Odoo ERP to meet project requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo applications with other third-party systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with Odoo (OpenERP) framework and customization techniques.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Odoo certification(s) is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
  • Experience with Git version control system.
