Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Fortra DLP and Boldon James Data Classification solutions across the organization's infrastructure.
  • Integration and Testing: Ensure seamless integration of data classification tools with existing security frameworks and applications, conduct testing and validation of DLP and classification rules and policies to ensure effectiveness.
  • Data Classification Strategy: Develop and implement data classification policies and frameworks based on organizational needs, collaborate with stakeholders to define sensitive data types and enforce classification rules.
  • DLP Policy Development: Create and manage DLP policies for monitoring, detecting, and preventing data breaches or unauthorized data transfers, fine-tune DLP rules to reduce false positives and negatives while improving data protection accuracy.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure DLP and data classification solutions comply with data protection regulations, regularly audit and review classification and DLP policies for adherence to corporate security standards and compliance mandates.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Fortra's DLP solutions and Boldon James Classifier, experience with data classification frameworks and the creation of DLP policies.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or Cybersecurity, 3-5 years of experience working with DLP and data classification tools, relevant certifications in DLP or data security are a plus.
