About the Role

Saventure Infra Tech LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for leading project teams and coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with other departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior architects and assist in their professional development.
Project Management

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure. This includes:

  • Reviewing project briefs and setting initial project objectives.
  • Organizing kickoff meetings with project teams to discuss requirements.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before proceeding.
  • Monitoring project progress against project plans and adjusting as necessary.
  • Ensuring all documentation is finalized and archived upon project completion.
Design Development

You will be responsible for creating and presenting conceptual designs to clients for approval. This includes:

  • Creating and presenting conceptual designs to clients for approval.
  • Iterating on design concepts based on client feedback.
  • Overseeing the production of detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all systems into the design.
  • Regularly reviewing design documents for quality assurance.
Client Interaction

You will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders. This includes:

  • Scheduling regular meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Preparing presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring all information is clear and accurate.

Team Leadership

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of architects and engineers. This includes:

  • Assigning tasks to team members based on individual strengths and project requirements.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.
  • Encouraging continuous learning and skill enhancement among team members.
Software Skills

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in the following software:

  • Autocad
  • Sketchup
  • Enscape
  • Lumion
