Job Title:
Data Intelligence Engineer - ELK Stack Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage data monitoring and analytics solutions using the ELK stack technology.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines to efficiently process large datasets.
- Optimize Elasticsearch queries and indices for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Create and customize data visualizations and dashboards using Kibana for business insights and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and visualization.
- Ensure data security and compliance within the ELK stack environment by implementing best practices and adhering to industry standards.
Requirements:
- 6-16 years of experience in managing ELK stack environments with a strong focus on data intelligence.
- Proficiency in Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana with the ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data ingestion processes and tools with the ability to optimize data flow.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash and knowledge of data visualization principles and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols with the ability to integrate with existing infrastructure.
