CMS Manager Job Overview

Manage a substantial volume of content on Contentful and the client's website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.

About the Role:
  • Create and format content using HTML, particularly for creating tables and other structured elements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content creators and designers, to gather and upload content assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Upload and manage content on Contentful, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  2. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience, following best practices for metadata, tags, and keywords.
  3. Manage CMS changes requests and conduct quality checks to verify content integrity.
  4. Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Work closely with the development team to address technical content management and integration challenges.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in marketing or relevant degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, particularly for creating tables and formatting content.
  • Familiarity with content uploading processes and best practices, including metadata, tags, and search engine optimization.
