Business Analysts play a vital role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving finance-related processes to ensure data systems and financial operations are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

">

As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with process architects to map, optimize, and implement new systems and data flows;
  • Ensuring that financial operations are scalable and compliant with internal and external standards;
  • Analyzing business requirements and documenting current processes;
  • Recommendations on process improvements and supporting the implementation of these changes in line with business goals;
  • Working closely with technical teams to support the integration of finance systems with other business tools and platforms.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Business Engineering/Management or similar field;
  • Certification in SAP FICO or S/4 HANA ideally in Central Finance or FICO is desired but not mandatory;
  • At least 7 years of work experience in Finance systems and process design;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
