Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process and ensure seamless execution of our operations.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, scheduling, and meeting production targets. They should be able to supervise production workers, monitor performance, provide coaching and guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Coordinate activities of production workers, monitor technicians' performance, and provide necessary coaching and guidance.
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process to meet production targets, monitor schedules, and adjust workloads as needed.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of product quality, coordinate with QC team for regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and enforce safety policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes to increase efficiency, and analyze production data to prepare reports on performance.
  • Resource Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of necessary materials, maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: More than five years in a production environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in supervising production teams, managing production schedules, and meeting production targets.
  • Candidate Requirements: Experienced in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
