Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join RED Global's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies, including API integration and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage WAF solutions, ensuring robust security measures are in place.
  • Integrate WAF with APIs and CDNs to enhance security and performance.
  • Onboard new applications and web services to WAF, guaranteeing seamless integration and protection.
  • Monitor and analyze WAF logs and alerts to identify and mitigate security threats.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on WAF-related issues.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven experience with WAF technologies, particularly Akamai WAF.
  • A strong understanding of API integration and CDN technologies.
  • Experience in onboarding applications and web services to WAF.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Akamai Certified Professional) are a plus.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
