Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Capturing New Business Opportunities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid corporate sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Mid Corporate segment.
  • Deal Structuring: Collaborating with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.
  • Credit Solutions: Offering credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Business Strategies: Analyzing market trends and client needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Identifying Cross-Selling Opportunities: Recognizing opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services to existing clients.
  • Enhancing Client Portfolios: Providing insights to enhance client portfolios and improve financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the banking and finance industry, particularly in the mid corporate sector.
